I’m in. When can we get started?
Mini Session only open up a few times a year! And spots typically sell out. Hop on my email list to be the first to know when spots open next.

How much b-roll will I end up with?
After editing, you’ll get 2 minutes of picture-perfect b-roll! Which means you’ll have an amazing bank of on-brand clips to choose from any time you want to post or promote on social. 

Do you choose the location?
Yes! Since I’ve been shooting video in and around Calgary for years, I’ve got plenty of beautiful homes, sets, and studio spaces to secure for our shoot. This way, you don’t have to worry about finding or budgeting for a location. The location is included for no extra charge. 

Are minis delivered with sound?
To keep your clips versatile, minis are delivered with no audio. This makes it easy for you to use your clips in lots of different ways. Just overlay music, text, or captions and post ‘em again and again.

How does the process work?
After you secure your spot, you’ll get a questionnaire to complete before the shoot. This is where you’d include specific shot or concept requests that you’d like me to capture for you. 

Then we’ll meet for our 1-hour shoot at a beautiful location (secured by me) and spend our time capturing footage. My clients are sometimes nervous about this part, but they always end up having a freaking blast. (Yes, always!)

After our shoot, I’ll send you all the useable footage so you can pick your favorite concepts for me to edit to perfection before delivering the final clips to your inbox!

Please note: Minis do not include a planning call before the shoot, as those are only included in full session packages. This is why providing me with as much information in the branding questionnaire as possible is crucial. 

Do you have a cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Yes! Please note that I book multiple Mini Sessions on the same day, so if you’re running late I will not be able to reschedule your session for the same day. Instead, you’ll receive a credit to re-book your session within the next 6 months. 

Do you only work with businesses in Calgary?
Yes! I’m based in Calgary and love supporting local businesses to tell their stories and grow their brands with video. If you’re based in Calgary, we’re a perfect match!

*I can travel for custom video projects (but Minis are only available in Calgary right now).

How are Minis different from Video Batch Days?
Great question! Minis are for on-brand b-roll to elevate your social media presence and make showing up on social a breeze. You’ll receive a bundle of short clips you can use to create social media videos, Reels, or stories that feel on-brand. *These are delivered as visual videos only (no audio) so you end up with versatile videos you can use in a variety of ways.

Video Batch Days are for building authority and showing your personality. You’ll be talking to the camera as if you were having coffee with a friend, which makes these videos super friendly and relatable while still delivering value to your audience. *These videos typically involve scripts and your face talking to the camera!

How does payment work?
You’ll pay up front to secure your spot on my calendar. Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a credit to re-book your session within the next 6 months.
